Jet Provost

This project was started not too long after I got X-Plane back in late 2006 as a response to the lack of a Jet Provost. This has, then, been my longest on-going project and the one I am currently prioritising. I initally started it so I could have a way of trying things out at home when writing the training notes for my old Air Cadets squadron. Now I've left the Air Cadets though I've continued working on this as there is still not a Jet Provost T.Mk 3A model available for X-Plane.

With the help of the UK X-Plane Development team, I've got the fuselage looking pretty good and the cockpit canopy is still being worked on. The wings are pretty much done as are the engine nacelles and so are the wingtip tanks. I'm still working on getting the numbers right for it, especially the centre of gravity, and am looking to aquire a POH at some point. I intend to visit my Air Cadets squadron again at some point as they have a T.Mk 3A cockpit there which I can get photos of to help make a photo-realistic 2D panel.

Currently it is intended for there to be 6 liveries included for use, all of which will be 2048x2048 textures allowing for greater detail in-game.
